In the Feedback category we welcome feature requests and discussions about how to make the app better.
If you have a support question or want to report a bug, please do the following:
- Open the app
- Goto the ‘How To’ tab
- Tap ‘Contact Support’
- Describe your problem in the email
This makes it easier for us to give you quick and direct support. If you report a bug, we also get a log file that helps us resolve the issue.
For clarity, a typical support issue could be “I have problems unlocking my subscription” and a typical bug could be “the app crashes every time I do this”.
