At the moment, most dubstep I’m hearing is morphing into the one-two riddim type, especially on Disciple.
I’ve always wanted to make dubstep in auxy but I never really liked any of the stuff I made
ye there’s def a lot of that going around rn. it’s pretty simple to do i suppose.
not that it’s relevant but, imo that first drop in that track u posted sucked lol. liked the second one tho.
I wouldn’t say simple to make, just more repetitive and the ‘norm’ for dubstep right now as everyone is doing it.
why was it bad? Not arguing against you it’s just I’m curious as to know why
Fair enough. wasnt saying that riddim in general is easy to make, it’s just generally focused more on sound design.
also i thought it wasnt great mainly because it felt kinda empty and just ran on the same pattern for the whole drop. It was heavy and the sounds were great, but it just felt empty compared to the second drop.
We must have massive brains to be having two conversations at the same time
ok thanks for the feedback
lol i remember when i was gonna release an entire dubstep album and made like 2 full songs and 8 half songs and even made cover art but then got too lazy to finish it
Dubstep is awesome. Here’s one I made recently on FL. Would you consider this dubstep? https://soundcloud.com/user-88613359/david-and-gageft-cody
Mr Mooo dubstep album plz.
collab album perhaps if ur too lazy to finish it lol XD
i’d say yes and no. modern dubstep, probably not. But it does feel like it takes a page out of old dubstep ideas before the Sonny changed the scene.
That does tend to be what I like more,2014-15 era dubstep… so good and weird
Random Q , would anyone happen to know where I could find the sample pack that was shared by I believe @INDIR3CT , which had an overused trap snare, a brass hit and a bunch of basses? Been trying to find it for ages.
Oh hey my soundpack
Wait… Where Did Dubstep Go?
Awesome haha. I got so excited when the Burial stuff came on
I found more Auxy Instruments for dubstep making.
