13 sixteenth notes in a measure x 16 13/16 bars

16 measures of 13 sixteenth notes?

so use 13 sixteenth notes for 16 measures;
or patterns made up of 8 bars and 5 bars in 4/4, but everything in 13-note measures

it’s going to be confusing to work with but interesting to see what you can do with this :slightly_smiling_face:

just replace the numbers to fit 19/16.

Do the high and soft notes mean something?

The higher notes mark the beginning of a measure. The soft ones don’t really do anything, they just helped me make the measures.
